PHNOM PENH : Her Royal Highness Princess Norodom Arunrasmy, Personal Advisor to His Majesty the King, Senator, and Founder of the Muditā Foundation, will graciously preside as the Most Esteemed Royal Representative of His Majesty the King at the inauguration ceremony of the Norodom Sihanouk Garden in Fère-en-Tardenois, French Republic, which is scheduled to take place on 8 January 2026.
