If a thief steals something once and the owner finds out, he will definitely not dare to steal from the same place again.
Let us give an example to the Thais and use our brains to think : – Normally, if a thief steals something once and the owner finds out, he will definitely not dare to steal from the same place again. And if the owner of the property loses something once, he will definitely have to increase his caution to prevent the thief from stealing it again. What about the landmines that Thailand always accuses Cambodia of being the new ones and its soldiers stepped on them so many times, is that reasonable? For example, if Cambodian soldiers did indeed plant mines and the Thai side found out, would Cambodian soldiers dare to plant them again? And the Thai soldiers themselves, if they know for sure that Cambodian soldiers planted them, why don’t they increase their protection? Why do they neglect to let them easily infiltrate and plant them again? Thailand should stop playing this kind of game of chance and make the world laugh!
