His Excellency Heng Ratana : Today 9th August 2025, in the late morning at the border areas​ Cambodia-Thailand there was an incident by landmine as the remnants of war wounded three Thailand soldiers, this information based on national and international outlets. In order to avoiding more incidents and confused situations at the frontlines I strongly hope that the Thai side will be strictly implemented the Agreed Minute of the Extraordinary General Border Committee’s meeting between Cambodia and Thailand in particular at the point 2 as agreed on the 7th August 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.​Thanks Peace
